Hibiscus Tea (Hibiscus Sabdariffa) has been used for centuries for its health promoting properties. Hibiscus has a tart-cranberry like flavor and may be sweetened to taste. It contains organic acids, tartaric acid as well as polysaccharides and flavonoids.
